Greet and welcome guests.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Address product complaints and provide required service.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
Keep updated records and files.
Providing support to sales team by preparing quotations and presentations.
Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer
complaints, inquiries, and comments.
Job requirement
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi).
Well groomed and presentable personality.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Minimum 3 year experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducting extensive research on industry-related topics to create
unique and original content.
Creating SEO-optimized content for various platforms such as blogs,
articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content for
advertising campaigns.
Improving the readability of existing content through editing and
polishing.
Utilizing SEO best practices and conducting keyword research to
increase traffic to the company website.
Crafting engaging headlines and body copy that resonate with the
target audience.
Identifying gaps in the company’s current content and recommending
new topics to address customers’ needs.
Skills & Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, journalism, or English.
Demonstrable experience in content writing or copywriting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including SEO and email marketing, is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing published articles.
Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills.

Work Experience
Should have experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company.
