Required Skills/Abilities:
● Qualified in performing through-hole and surface mount soldering (SMT)
● SMT rework using soldering station & hot air gun
● Knows how to debug electronic circuit in case of failures with root cause
analysis
● Repair & maintenance of PCBA boards
● Good hand on with electronics components. PCB assembly and manual soldering.
● Sourcing or fabricating replacement parts for electronic systems.
● Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing equipment.
● Certificate of completion for the IPC will be an added advantage.

A track record of having a positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to change.

Customer Support Executive
The Job Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies.
Complete applications in a timely manner.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Minimum of 2 + years of relevant work experience
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of Emails in MS Office using Outlook, advanced excel.
Good communication skills and fluency in English is also desired.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in an organized and timely manner.
