Customer Meetings : Understanding Customer’s requirement as per the SPACE UTILITY and collating Technical data accordingly
Generating Technical Solution: Offering Solutions with help of Head Office design Team within the range of the company’s product line and
negotiating/budgeting on the same
Updating the Reporting Manager on his/her Business Activities
Site Visits on the ongoing Projects as and when required
Order Execution
Coordinating Payments
Coordination/ Communication with HO
Daily Sales Connect with supervisor
Weekly Performance Reviews
Attending Monthly Team Meeting/ Trainings

JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing a team of architects, designers, engineers, and other professionals
Assisting team membership with project objectives,
Reviewing proposals and providing feedback on designs
Communicating with clients to determine project requirements and
develop designs that meet those requirements
Preparing bids for projects to ensure they are within budget constraints
Meeting with clients to discuss design details and answer questions about the design process
Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the team of Architect and engineers( improving conversion ratio Lead to PO)

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to the projects, including directing
the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.
Communicate directly with marketing personnel and clients to discuss and design projects
Present design proposals and bids to clients according to prescribed deadlines, and
explain relevant details, reports, expense line items, and goals in clear and persuasive language.
Provide consultations and spearhead negotiations with potential clients during the project development and bidding phases.
Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for
architectural/acoustical designs as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline, plus minimum 15 years
experience, including AutoCAD drafting
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques
Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
Strict adherence to deadlines

Day to Day responsibilities
1.Ensuring daily visits numbers are met.
2.Ensuring daily MIS are maintained
3.Ensuring valid lead generation vs on boarded partner
4.Proper plan and execution of daily plan as per geography and the company’s needs.
5.Adhering to all the plan and target set by the company
Candidate should have an experience in Hospital (Referral sales
domain ) or Diagnostic Sales (Franchises and Doctor connect
Should possess:
Valid Driving Licence
Two wheeler with valid documents such as vehicle RC Book,
Insurance, Emission Test and vehicle Insurance.
