Job Description is as below:
• Market Analysis & Lead Generation for Clean room requirement in Pharma, HVAC requirement in Food Industries, VRF for corporate office, commercial building
• Evaluation of tender documents
• Attending pre-bid meetings with client and getting technical clarification on Tender
• Cost Estimation of the Project
• Estimation of quantities and heat load calculation
• Preparation of techno-commercial proposals
• Floating enquiries for various supplies and bought out items
• Price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis
• Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations
• Continually build new client relationships and secure new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Answer customer emails regarding product issues, order processing, invoicing service and general client concerns.
Analyze active application files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the process.
Responsible for a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies.
Complete applications in a timely manner.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
