Role: Accounts Executive/Accountant
Should Know Tally.
Follow up with banks.
ROC compliance knowledge.(Basic)
Microsoft outlook working must.
Well versed with latest accounting pronouncements.
Well versed with 2013 company Acts.
GST returns & filing working knowledge.
TDS compliance, Payments & return filing.
Balance Sheet finalization.
Reporting of intercompany transactions.
Drafting responses to various stakeholders such as banks, Govt. Departments, customers, Vendors etc.
Reconciliation of various account ledger & finalization of trial balance at periodic intervals & year end.
Able to handle personal accounts of individuals including bank transactions.
Preferable CA, CA Pursuing /CA Dropout.

• Display the product in the sales presentation.

• Manage stock and inventory and update software.

• Check samples of all clients, then pack them and hand them over to the logistics team.
• Training the sales team on product and gifting options
• Daily meeting with your team
• Checking the details of all the products which are to be sent to the client 's end display like
expiration date, product label, bottle cap, and packing.
• Packing online orders according to sales orders

• Record keeping of free samples and gifts
• Keep all documents handy.
• coordinating with all departments and teams and accomplishing sales targets.
Requirements and skills
Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
Powerful leading skills and business orientation
Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates should be from beauty & wellness brand
Worked-As a store Manager-Minimum ex- as Store Manager -2 years and Above.

What we expect
Experience in all HR activities that includes payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding and exit formalities etc.
Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR department
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook,
performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisements.
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal
interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background
verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance records. Keeping track of
employees’ attendance/absenteeism.
Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ medical insurance
policies
Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee
