· 5 + years of selling and inside sales experience
· Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
· Responsible for sales & coordination of all products and services represented by MTPL
· Skilful to learn & adapt new technologies
· Physical fit for travelling
· Reliable & consistent performer
· Highly skilled on telephonic communication
· Knowledge of website and local media production
· Good written & spoken english
· Qualification- Graduate

To recall/recover unsold stocks in 90 days.
Regularly conduct Plumber’s training.
To resolve Franchisee’s Business issues.
To do direct sales to own clients and projects.

Good Relationships and Market network.
Good at Numerical analysis in excel.
Good concept selling and innovative selling ideas.
