ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with Cordova and
React Native. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and
implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy
to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of
the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving,
sophisticated design, and quality products are important.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain existing application developed in Cordova
• Developing new user-facing features using React Native
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of
web-capable devices and browsers
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements
• Write applications using responsive design to function across multiple devices
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• 1 to 2 years of Experience in Hybrid Mobile Frameworks: Cordova
• Experience in Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS 3, MDLC
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements
• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles
• Experience with popular React Native workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with SQLite / MS SQL databases
• Experience with performance optimization for mobile devices.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel,
Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Write applications using responsive design to function across multiple devices
• Knowledge in CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap
• Experience in implementing security in mobile apps
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as TFS or Git
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of ERP software, Payroll, and Accounting software

Co-create the entire people strategy including effective Manpower Planning and Forecasting
system
Deploy & implement strategy within assigned channels in order to Complete HR Strategy
planning
Requirements
Preferably Management Degree with specialization in Human Resources from a Tier 1 / Tier
2 institute.
Past experience of working with retail brands.
