Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to site management on all quantity surveying works.
Conduct on-site and off-site quantity take-offs; verify quantities for all electrical services and oversee payment confirmation and variation works.
Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports, including RA bills, project costs, contracts, cash flow, etc.
Actively participate in commercial meetings with clients and contractors, offering insights and updates.
Perform cost estimates for alternative design solutions as needed.
Manage materials inventory, placing orders for required resources to avoid delays.
Build and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Review and analyze tender documents to understand client requirements and evaluate the project’s scope of work.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.) – Mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience in sectors like commercial, residential, retail, hotels, and hospitals.
