We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a new market for our products and help us in executing marketing strategies to promote our LED lighting products and increase brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Execute Marketing Strategies: implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including product launches, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns.
2. Product Promotion: Promote LED lighting products through various channels, including regular physical visits , email marketing,.
3. Regular market visit, Developing new markets, cover uncovered areas for our products in the state of punjab and/or other states whenever required by physical visits.
4. Making new Dealers and Distributors for territories assigned.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
6. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials, provide sales support, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree .
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the LED lighting industry.
3. Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Language: Fluency in the local language .
