Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct selling, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to close transactions effectively. This role requires excellent client management skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the company’s positive image in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Site Visits: Perform regular client meetings and conduct site visits to provide potential buyers with property information and showcase available listings.
Direct Selling Expertise: Effectively close client transactions through a successful direct selling approach, ensuring a high conversion rate from meetings to sales.
Real Estate Market Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the city’s real estate environment, including the property buying cycle, prevailing prices in various localities, and
upcoming projects.
Data-Driven Approach: Leverage analytics to monitor key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates, meeting-to-site visit ratios, and client acquisition strategies.
Target Achievement: Generate sales within assigned focus projects, consistently achieving
monthly sales targets.
Sales Meetings: Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings to review progress, address challenges, and outline strategies for reaching sales goals.
Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, keeping clients updated on service offerings, pricing changes, and new product launches.
Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales activities and performance metrics to senior management.
Goal-Oriented Performance: Meet the targets and goals set for your assigned area, ensuring continuous growth in sales.
Customer Base Expansion: Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base by building strong relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
Market Growth: Increase business opportunities by identifying new routes to market, strategic partnerships, and promotional efforts.
Sales Analysis: Compile and analyze sales figures to monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Feedback & Market Research: Collect customer feedback and conduct market research to stay informed of customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
Product & Competitor Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest property developments, product offerings, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, property laws, and transaction procedures.
Proficient in data analysis, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

· Work Exp in Debugging and analysing runtime, compile time issues
· Work Exp in doing Code analysis, Root cause analysis, Impact analysis on defects, new requirements
· Work Exp in documenting the Software requirements, Software Design, Impact Analysis, Unit tests etc..
· Work Exp in unit testing C# based application
· Good to have UML experience to understand Architectural design, flow etc..
· Good to have working exp in HW device interactive software in Medical, Automotive, Industrial Automation etc…
· Good to have exp in working in windows based Maintenance/Sustaining project, Legacy technologies such as Delphi etc..
· Willingness to work and learn legacy technology ie. Delphi etc..
· Good to have understanding of ISO 13485 medical standard.

This role involves collaborating with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver high-quality interior environments that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design solutions for corporate office projects, ensuring they meet the client’s vision, goals, and budget.
•Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives. Translate these insights into design concepts that align with their brand identity and operational requirements.
•Space Planning: Develop efficient and effective space plans that optimize the use of space while adhering to building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
•Material and Finishes Selection: Research, select, and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that complement the overall design concept and meet the client’s functional needs.
•Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
•Project Management: Coordinate with Site team, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and on-budget completion of projects. Monitor progress, address issues, and implement solutions as needed.
•Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into projects, promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
•Team Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, engineers, and other architects to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery.
•Quality Control: Conduct site visits to review construction progress, ensure design intent is being met, and provide solutions to any on-site challenges.
•Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, clearly communicating design concepts, progress updates, and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
•Minimum 5 4-6years of experience in corporate office interior design or a related field.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
•Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
•A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills.
