You are responsible for acquiring new clients and figuring out emerging opportunities in the global market.
– [ ] Generating Business for SEO, Digital marketing, Social media campaign , YouTube ,graphic designing .
– [ ] Experience in writing Proposals, Bidding for SEO/Digital marketing Projects and follow-ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients.
– [ ] Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure.
– [ ] Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK/ Canada/ Australia/UAE Countries.
– [ ] Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads.
– [ ] Getting business through different channels(Upwork, Freelancer, People per hour, Craigslist, Odesk, Elance, Guru, Email Marketing Etc.)
– [ ] Quality project selection and bidding.
– [ ] Lead generation through LinkedIn, database and other social networks would be an added value.
– [ ] Collecting and analyzing the project’s business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to the development team.
– [ ] Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the product to meet the client’s business needs.
– [ ] Able to Communicate between the Client and the Technical team.
– [ ] Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
– [ ] Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of the client’s organization and industry.
– [ ] Documentation and analysis of the required information and data.
– [ ] Client communication & bridging the gap.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Deliverables for the role
Responsible for assessment of loan proposals in line with the credit policy of the company.
Managing quality & delivery turnaround of loan proposals.
Engaging with relevant authorities for loan approvals.
Assisting Business, Operations & Client for effective & smooth loan closure.
Provide relevant & regular inputs for creation / refinement of Credit policy.
Monitor and track the portfolio health & performance and manage portfolio delinquency.
Responsible for managing the risk and credit practices in line with the Risk Policy framework.
Will drive and support other miscellaneous initiatives as part of risk / credit / business as may be taken
up from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
CA/ MBA with 2 – 4 years of relevant credit / risk experience in the NBFC / Banking industries
B Com with 5-8 years of relevant credit / risk experience in the NBFC / Banking industries
Exposure and understanding of credit practices and products in small ticket lending (secured and
unsecured)
Should have local market knowledge of key industries, acceptable collateral, high risk areas etc.
Should be conversant with legal documentation for secured and unsecured loans.

Need FRESHER candidates with excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for researching and identifying the vendors offering quality products and services. Also,you should be able to negotiate product pricing and finalize the right deal. You will be the lead in making sure
timely production dispatch of products, including maintaining the inventory.
Besides, you should be able to monitor sales trends and suggest improvement measures. You should have the
ability to interact with our customers and coordinate with both the internal and external stakeholders on POs,
appointments, and production. You should be prompt and detail-oriented when solving any vendor issues.
Additionally, possessing knowledge of the latest industry developments and consumer trends is an added
benefit.
To succeed in this job role, you should have good analytical and critical thinking skills. Your ability to effectively
communicate workflow processes and policies with vendors will be an added advantage.
