Responsibilities & Competencies
1 Appointing New Distributors and Stockists in areas assigned by the Manager.
2 Maintaining existing clients, managing stock, adding new products to the existing portfolio, payment follow-up with clients.
3 Achieving assigned Targets.
Qualification & Experience
1 Two years experience in Pharma Sales is mandatory
2 Graduate, Knowledge of MS Office.

Job description
• Candidates must have experience working in IT recruitment in the current as well previous job roles along with handling the junior team members.
• Experience of handling the team of recruiters in the recent as well in the previous roles is must.
• Should be proactive in follow ups , aligning interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the panel.
• Work experience with various recruitment channels Like: Indeed, Naukri , LinkedIn etc.
• Comfortable in gathering job requirements, preparing job descriptions and circulate the same on various recruitment channels as well as within the team.
• Helping the team to achieve their day to day task related to recruitment.
• Prioritize the day to day work of recruitment for the team so that desired result can be achieved.
• Comfortable in making the strategy for the future as well as hiring needs of the organization.
• Comfortable to coordinate with the operation team for onboarding , joining formalities of the hired resources.
• Willing to learn and adapt new technology trends so that efficient resources can be hired within the organization.
• Comfortable in adapting to the new world of technology and implementing them in current as well as future hiring.
• Should be positive enough to handle different recruitment scenarios and work on solutions for the particular scenarios.
• Willing to do attitude is must.
• Candidates should have strong communication and writing skills.
