Job description
-Preparation of Production drawings of Tanks, Pressure vessels and other equipments in Inventor and AutoCAD 2D
-Piping routing and P&IDs in Plant 3D
-Knowledge of welding and welding symbols
– Supervision of site installations
– Project commissioning
Required technical skills
-Knowledge of design software- AutoCAD 2D and 3D (Mandatory)
-Knowledge of design software- Inventor
-Knowledge of design software- AutoCAD Plant 3D
-Knowledge of metal fabrication and welding would be an asset

REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
o Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
o Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign).
o Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics,
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
o Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
o Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
o Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.
o Experience in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• REPORTING
-Daily reporting on Client visits and to-do list. Start and End of the day
-Prepare weekly reports and discuss the same
-Prioritise monthly and quarterly plans to explore new possibilities.
-Office Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)
9 AM to 1 PM (Saturday)
• SKILLS IMPROVEMENT
-Educate about the Lighting Science and control procedures.
-Build Customer rapport through support functions

Job Title: Collections Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Collections Executives to join our team in Gurgaon. This role
involves working with an international collections agency. The ideal candidate will have
excellent communication skills in Hindi, with a preference for those who can also
communicate in English. Previous experience in tele-collections is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiating with and counselling customers to help them take informed decision
regarding their delinquent accounts, credit rating and financial wellbeing.
• Outbound calling to customers including follow up and reminders
• Help with feasible repayments schedules of clients aiming to secure full or partial
payment of debt
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Fluency in English
communication and other vernacular languages will give an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience working in tele-collection is preferred.
• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle
difficult conversations professionally.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve disputes with
customers.
