Job Description:
Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, CCTV and Biometric
devices)
Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of OS, MS Outlook or Outlook
Express, Office 365.
Installation and Managing of Antivirus products taking Regular data backup and restoration of
data & mail backup of MS outlook (PST files).
Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1 level & Managing data backup and
recovery.
Managing of DNS, Active Directory, basic Window server
Troubleshooting basic thin client issues.
Basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, basic installation and configuration of
Routing & Switching).
Call logging to ISP for LAN / WAN link & PRL line issues & having good knowledge in IPV4
addressing.
Resolving tickets within the SLA which is raised from End User side support through floor
support/Remote support & Call support.
Installation and managing of Video conferences.
Administering disaster recovery plans to ensure that data is backed up and can be restored in
case of failure
Monitoring network performance to ensure that there are no bottlenecks or errors that could
impact productivity
Installing operating systems on computers, testing them for errors, and backing them up
regularly
Maintaining computer equipment by replacing or upgrading components as needed
Installing patches to fix security vulnerabilities in computer systems
Configuring new systems for installation based on specifications from clients or other IT
professionals
Installing and maintaining computer networks, including printers and other peripherals
Troubleshooting problems with existing systems and implementing solutions to fix them
Monitoring server performance and capacity to ensure that it meets client needs

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and targets for the beauty advisor division to
achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new sales
opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to the senior
management team.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauty advisors, providing guidance, training, and
coaching to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Define performance metrics, set goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations to
ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and
professional development among beauty advisors.
Beauty Advisor Channel Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with beauty advisors, providing support, guidance, and
training on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
Collaborate with beauty advisors to develop and execute sales plans, promotional activities,
and events to increase product awareness and drive sales.
Monitor and evaluate beauty advisor performance, providing feedback and implementing
improvement plans when necessary.
Build efficient, reliable and secured sales channel for selling products.
Sales Operations and Execution:
Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and in-store activities
within the beauty advisor channel.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing collateral, training materials, and
POS displays to support beauty advisor sales efforts.
Monitor and analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and
optimize sales performance within the beauty advisor division.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key beauty advisor partners, including beauty
retailers, salons, spas, and other relevant channels.
Collaborate with beauty advisor partners to develop joint business plans, incentive
programs, and training initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
Monitor customer satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and ensure exceptional
service levels to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree
is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in sales, preferably within the personal care products
industry, with a focus on the beauty advisor channel.
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a track record of successfully
leading and managing sales teams.
Strong knowledge of beauty advisor sales strategies, customer relationship management,
and sales operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to drive sales growth.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with beauty advisor partners
and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for the personal care products industry and knowledge of beauty trends and
products.
