Responsibilities
Greeting walkins and process basic information.
Follow up on enquiries generated / Cold Calling for higher conversion rate.
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Conversing with customers and understanding their requirements and other relevant data.
Resolving queries related to the products and services.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
Maintaining database of the customers, Communications & follow-up diligently.
Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Skills Requirements
Exceptional English oral and written communication skills.
Great interpersonal & organizational skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Hard-working individual.
Good time management abilities.
Basic MS Office / Zoho functionalities.

Knows the knowledge of marketing and has at least
experience of 5 to 6 years in good company. It will be
best if the person is of the food product line or frozen
line,Fmcg.
o If a person goes to other state or city on behalf of
company marketing, then TA and DA will give according
company norms
o Knows English, Hindi and Punjabi
o Know words, excel as well.
