1- Provide accurate information on our jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
2- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
3- Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience
4- Manage returns of merchandise and service our loyalty program clients
5- Coordinate with the retail sales representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
6- Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business
7- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
8- Create sales material to present to customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services
9- Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with clients and creating a positive sales experience
10- Responsible for all points of sales activities in the showroom.
