Education, Experience and Requirements:
• BSc, B.Tech, Diploma University degree with a concentration in engineering, industry
and manufacturing.
• Fresher or 3 to 8 years of industry sales experience
• Knowledge of the designated area (Chandigarh, Punjab & Himachal Pradesh)
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems

Job Description
RECRUITMENT:
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle using the company database and coordinating with vendors.
Understanding the requirements of different departments with job descriptions and competencies required.
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from job portals based on their skills, educational qualification, and experience.
Taking first-level telephonic rounds and analyzing their communication skill.
Cold-calling to candidates and bulk-mailing to create a talent pool.
Job posting on portals and social networking sites.
Lining up the candidates after briefing them about the current opening.
Responsible for taking telephonic interviews of the candidates & initial round
Maintaining database through references & job portals.
Maintain interview records & tracker sheets.
Regular follow-up with candidates/vendors till joining.
Human Resource:
Serve as a link between the organizations management and its employees.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Getting the joining formalities done and follow-up on unfulfilled paperwork & other joining formalities.
Employee Orientation & Onboarding.
Issuing Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Consultancy letters, Performance Appraisals, and providing Induction training to the new employees.
Preparation of Daily and Monthly Employee Attendance.
Handling queries regarding leaves and salary deductions.
New Employees Joining formalities and Bank account opening of employees with GPA/GHI Insurance.
Performance evaluation of Probationers and Trainees.
Accounting Leave as per Law & Maintaining Leave Records for Employees.
Preparation of Full and Final Settlements of Resigned / Terminated Employees.
Handling Employee Grievances, Resolving Disputes & other allied functions of HR.
Forwarding the salary sheet to Account Department, verifying the attendance Report & leave records of the Employees.
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Providing information on policies and procedures
Updating HR policies, tracker sheets and leave cards
Maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and
onboarding guides) and updating internal databases
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Administration:
Create new vendors as per the office requirements.
Find at least 03 vendors for the best quote comparison.
Coordination with vendors for purchasing hardware items, stationery items, and printing of Letterheads, I card, visiting cards.
Preparation of vendors’ PO, PI & tax invoices
Preparation of Vendors’ and consultants’ cheques
Manage repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, etc.
Follow up with the Office building Spaze department for maintenance an infrastructure.
Create a proper database for Hardware & Software AMC
Follow up with vendors for AC, lease line, and Airtel in case of any technical issues and for timely payment.
Maintain proper record of visits of the vendors like Gardener, Hardware person, System Air person.
Monthly filing of the invoices
Manage day-to-day activities.

The duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
• Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-
Consultants to complete the Projects assigned
• Prepares Project Plan, Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction
to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan
• Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department
• Maintains required quality standards
• Identifies training requirement for the Team Members
• Identifies resource requirement
Other Responsibilities:
• Plan the target of the month/week/day.
• Previous day email follow-up with client (inputs /closure / approval /feedback)
all the output from the team and share with management for feedback / approval
• Maintaining the discipline in the team according to hierarchy.
• If a new project comes to production, it needs to be entirely in the product sheet and
need to review the inputs and after that sharing the list with the client if any additional inputs are needed.
• Need to check if the post team excel has been updated or not.
• the render sheet needs to be updated.
• Saturday, they need to submit the production report to Management.
• If any additional requirement comes from the client needing to take approval and new
project code from Management then only production will start.
• All the meetings after finishing need to email MOM for the client and our internal record.
Area of experience required:
