Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Deliverables for the role
 Managing a team of 10-12 Sales Officers
 Responsible for origination of loans (both secured LAP and unsecured Business Loans).
 Achieving the branch’s sales and collections targets.
 Building and managing relationships with Channel partners and other external stakeholders
 Engaging with relevant authorities and departments for Case Approvals. Escalating the case wherever required.
 Engaging with Credit, Operations & Clients for effective & smooth case closure.
 Providing regular service to the customers and taking care of their future needs.
 Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management.
 Collections from overdue customers
 Hiring, retaining and training the team to achieve strong growth in the locations under coverage
 Responsible for overall cost management and policy compliance at the Branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

 8 – 12 years of relevant sales experience in the NBFC / Banking industry
 Exposure and understanding of products in LAP & Unsecured Business Loans / Small Business

Loans segments.
 Should have worked for at least 5 years in relevant market
 Exposure to the latest underwriting practices and tools prevalent in the small ticket lending industry

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate
should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. As a
Chartered Accountant with 3-6 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial
accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable financial insights to our
organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
 Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS).
 Assist in the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities, if applicable.
2. Tax Compliance:
 Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
 Stay updated on tax laws and regulations and provide tax planning advice.
 Assist in tax audits and resolve tax-related issues.
3. Audit and Assurance:
 Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and compliance with company
policies.
 Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual
audits.
 Identify areas for improvement and recommend internal control enhancements.
4. Financial Analysis:
 Analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights
to management.
 Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
 Assist in making strategic financial decisions based on data analysis.
5. Compliance and Regulations:
 Ensure compliance with state and central regulations and reporting requirements.
 Maintain awareness of changes in accounting and tax regulations and adapt processes
accordingly.
6. Financial Management:

 Provide financial guidance and recommendations to management for cost reduction
and revenue enhancement.
 Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and oversee financial
transactions.
7. Software Proficiency:
 Utilize accounting software and tools for financial analysis, reporting, and compliance
purposes.

Qualifications:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA).
2. 3-6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or tax consulting.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally & SAP).
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong ethical and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure the MD is
well-prepared with all necessary materials.
2. Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights,
accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
3. Document management: Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records, both
in physical and digital formats.
4. Meeting Support: Attend meetings with the MD, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
5. Research: Conduct research on various topics, gather information, and prepare reports or
summaries as needed.
6. Expense Management: Track expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure timely
reimbursement.
Home Responsibilities:
1. Household Management: Oversee household operations, including coordinating maintenance
and repairs, managing domestic staff, and ensuring a comfortable living environment.
2. Personal Errands: Run personal errands for the MD, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and
handling personal correspondence.
3. Family Support: Assist with family-related tasks, including coordinating children's activities,
school schedules, and special events.
4. Event Planning: Help plan and organize personal events, parties, and gatherings as required.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting high-
level executives.

2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
5. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, email clients, etc.) and familiarity with
technology and digital tools.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and schedules.
8. Availability to work outside of regular office hours when needed.
