Role and Responsibilities
Repair Engineer

• Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot issues in mechanical and electronic systems. Perform repairs on-site or at designated repair facilities.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and preventive care for machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, addressing queries and offering solutions to technical problems.
• Quality Control: Inspect repaired equipment to ensure it meets quality standards and operational requirements.
• Training: Train junior engineers and technicians on repair procedures and best practices.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for repairs and maintenance.Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a repair or maintenance role within the relevant industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic systems. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in repairs.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in repair and maintenance (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional).
  Preferred Skills
  • Expertise in specific machinery or equipment relevant to the industry.
  • Experience with technical support and customer interactions.
  • Project management skills for overseeing large-scale repairs or maintenance projects.

 Developing and maximising relationships with existing and new exhibitors
 Excellent Client Servicing in addition to sales

Qualifications
 Minimum Graduation is MUST (Irrespective of any stream), MBA preferred
 Should have minimum 2-5 years of working experience
 Proven track record of F2F meetings, B2B & B2C business development
 Ability to work on pressure situations with multitasking
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.

impact productivity
 Installing operating systems on computers, testing them for errors, and backing them up
regularly
 Maintaining computer equipment by replacing or upgrading components as needed
 Installing patches to fix security vulnerabilities in computer systems
 Configuring new systems for installation based on specifications from clients or other IT
professionals
 Installing and maintaining computer networks, including printers and other peripherals
 Troubleshooting problems with existing systems and implementing solutions to fix them
 Monitoring server performance and capacity to ensure that it meets client needs
