Roles & Responsibilities – Inbound Sales Executive
Generate leads through phone calls, social media and emails.
Research for new potential market and tap new customers.
Respond to incoming sales inquiries with the aim of converting leads into customers.
Qualify leads based on their potential and the company’s business criteria.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism during interactions.
Understand customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and listening skills.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and
availability.
Conduct product demonstrations through virtual meet if required.
Coordinate with existing customers for generating new enquiries.
Work closely within the sales team to understand the effectiveness of various campaigns and
adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to propose necessary adjustments in strategies or
product offerings.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, potential sales opportunities, and
challenges.
Should be able to create various business proposals and Sales and client reports
Manage the channel partners and make them close more deals.

Developing and implementing long-term strategies, policies and procedures that align with
the organization’s overall goals and ensure all operations run efficiently and effectively.
Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that employees complete them on
time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Design and implement plans for the effective use of Man, Material, Machine and Resources.
Focus on continuous improvements.
Identifying and mitigating operational risks to ensure that the organization can continue to
operate effectively.
Determine plant production capacity vis a vis Business Plan / Orders in hand. Facilitate Make / Buy decisions based on capacity
Periodical review of plant layout and processes to reduce operations time.
Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities relating to products or
processes.
Managing the performance of employees and providing feedback to help them improve
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Production/ Mechanical engineering with relevant experience in managing
multiple product development in Medium to Heavy Fabrication industry.
Good interpersonal Skills and communication.
Be well versed to work on SOLID WORKS and other CAD software.
Knowledge of RAMS analysis & LCC for Rolling Stock is preferable.
Preferable Age group -45-50 and 15+ years of experience in Heavy Fabrication Industry. Rolling stock fabrication exposure will be an added advantage.
