Purpose :-
An international business development manager – IBDM is expected to take care of expansion into international markets. IBDM is to find opportunities for the business to expand by researching market trends and developing partnerships with key international partners.
IBDM is to pitch SDS product range to potential clients and negotiate favourable terms.
IBDM will conduct administrative tasks such as tracking financial transactions and logistical support.
IBDM will devise a business plan to expand SDS business into newer geography, enhance revenue and product basket
and return healthy margins.
What is IBDM expected to do?
IBDM will help SDS business grow by generating revenue and establishing positive relationships with
clients across international territories. IBDM will conduct market research and analysis to find new
business and client opportunities, generate and pursue leads, develop sales pitches and techniques,
reach out to clients to offer products and services, arrange appointments, and negotiate terms with
potential clients. IBDM will focus on growing business vertically and horizontally to garner higher
margins.

IBDM Responsibilities :-
Conduct high-level market research to develop effective sales solutions
Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to Leadership Team
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products and services
IBDM Qualifications :-
Graduate/Post Graduate in any field of Science
Management Degree from a reputed institution
Selling/Marketing experience of minimum 5 years
Exposure to International Markets for minimum 3 years
Understanding of business done through Channel Partners

Position Summary
Make and attend necessary phone calls – inbound and outbound calls.
Provide the required information to the customers
Resolve any queries regarding gift delivery or transit damage.
Maintain database by updating customer information on daily basis
Write communication scripts for inbound calls
