* Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
* Assigned to handle overall aspects of business territory wise.
* Actively approach targeted business clients (Dealers via face to face meetings, telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
* Search for new Dealer leads
* Manage relationships with existing Dealers /customers.
* Negotiating all contracts with prospective Dealers.
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
* Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective Dealers.
* Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
* Understanding and promoting company programs.
* Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from Dealers.
* Preparing and submitting dealer contracts for sales.
* Visiting dealers and potential dealers to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
* Maintaining client records.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Engage in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads to drive new business.
Work closely with engineers to demonstrate solutions and align with client needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
Actively contribute to the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Prior experience in selling SolidWorks or other CAD/CAM/CAE software is a strong advantage.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: 3 – 4 years in sales, with a proven track record of success.
Education: B. Tech/Diploma in Engineering, Technology, Business, or equivalent.
