We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to manage the company’s HubSpot CRM, social media platforms, sales documentation, and trade show activities. This role will also provide marketing support to company units across Europe, the Americas, and India, ensuring that all regions are aligned with global marketing strategies and initiatives. Based in Gurgaon, India, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Management:
- Oversee and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring all customer and lead data is up-to-date and properly segmented.
- Develop, execute, and optimize HubSpot campaigns for lead nurturing and email marketing across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in Europe, the Americas, and India to create workflows, automation, and integrations for enhanced efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on lead status, marketing campaign performance, and CRM activity for global teams.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and implement social media strategies tailored to regional audiences across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Develop and schedule engaging content aligned with global and regional brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics across regions to inform future content and strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster an online community around the brand on a global scale.
- Sales Documentation:
- Develop and maintain a repository of up-to-date sales materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and FAQs, accessible to global teams.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone across all sales documentation used by units in Europe, the Americas, and India.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams in various regions to update documents based on new offerings, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Trade Show and Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute trade show participation globally, from booking spaces and coordinating logistics to managing event promotions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams across multiple regions for booth setup, collateral, and branding requirements.
- Track event ROI by measuring lead generation and sales opportunities gained through trade shows in different regions.
- Manage event follow-up through HubSpot and other CRM tools, supporting multiple locations.
- Global Marketing Support:
- Provide ongoing marketing support to regional units in Europe, the Americas, and India, ensuring alignment with the company’s global marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize campaigns, ensuring they are culturally relevant and effective.
- Serve as the point of contact for marketing initiatives that span multiple regions, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution across all locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with trade show logistics and event management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other marketing tools.
- Experience coordinating with teams across multiple locations or working in an international environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Create new clients by different means (Corporates).
· Responsible for rolling out and nurturing global and local accounts along with acquisition of new business.
· Responsible for client retention and leading strategic initiatives that influence business growth and profitability

· Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
· Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary with the help of Operations team.
· Be one point of contact for all relevant and essential information to the clients regarding their travel like guides, itinerary, brochures, and maps.
· Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
· Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
· Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.
· Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately.
· Reach the sales and revenue targets.
· Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
