Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services

Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement

JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Create a detailed event plan including budget and timelines by proper execution.
 Overseeing registration process, sending invitations and ensuring smooth experience for Guests, visitors, VVIP’s etc.
 Logistics coordination (Transportation, Accommodation etc.)
 Overseeing the On-site activities and event management (Staff, Vendors, Sponsor stalls etc.)
 Obtain all necessary Compliance and Permits.
 Ability to network with domestic & international stakeholders alike, and execute a plan to enhance VVIP’s experience.
 Hire and Train the team whenever required.

Requirements:

– Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
