The Job Role and Responsibilities
Develop an effective working relationship with the members of the Enquires Team, Complaints & Compliance department to ensure all enquiries responsibilities are managed professionally and in a timely manner.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.
Assist in framing the policies and procedure from a legal and compliance perspective.
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
Investigate the activities which are against Company’s Policy.
Write detailed case reports, file, and maintain records.
Obtain facts or statements from Complainants and witnesses.
Proactively do research finding the violators in the market.
Requirements
LLB graduate from a reputed university in India.
1 + years of administrative experience supporting senior- level management executives.
Superior attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate
urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of presentation, preferably.
Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
