Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Chillers and Heat Pumps industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a deep understanding of HVAC systems, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Descriptions:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans for the HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps sector.
· Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives for the team.
Customer Engagement:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
· Identify and target potential new customers in the HVAC industry.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Product Knowledge:
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps technology.
· Provide technical expertise to customers and address their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Sales Support:
· Work closely with the Sales Manager to prepare sales proposals and quotations.
· Assist in the negotiation and closure of sales deals.
· Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
Market Analysis:
· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
· Analyse sales data and prepare reports to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals.
· Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Ø Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers and heating pumps.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ø Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø Willingness to travel as required.

Job Description
· Create new clients by different means (Corporates).
· Responsible for rolling out and nurturing global and local accounts along with acquisition of new business.
· Responsible for client retention and leading strategic initiatives that influence business growth and profitability
· Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.
· Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
· Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary with the help of Operations team.
· Be one point of contact for all relevant and essential information to the clients regarding their travel like guides, itinerary, brochures, and maps.
· Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
· Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
· Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.
· Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately.
· Reach the sales and revenue targets.
· Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
