Job Summary:
As a QuickBooks Technical Support Specialist, you will be the frontline support for our clients, helping them solve a wide range of technical issues related to QuickBooks. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a deep understanding of QuickBooks functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve various QuickBooks issues, including installation errors, data migration problems, network issues, and software malfunctions.
Guide clients through detailed, step-by-step solutions in a clear, understandable manner.
Keep up-to-date with the latest QuickBooks features and updates to offer knowledgeable support.
Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support database.
Collaborate with the technical team to enhance support processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved and to gather feedback.
Job Skill & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in QuickBooks support or a related technical support role.
Strong understanding of QuickBooks software and its applications in a business environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
A patient and customer-oriented approach to support.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Engineering Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

The candidate will be an Equity Stock Market Dealer, you will execute equity trades and manage portfolios.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Advising & Execution of orders on behalf of the clients on Equity, Derivatives & Option Strategies.
• Monitor market conditions, volatility, to assess risk levels accurately and make well-informed trading

• Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and profit and loss (P&L).
• Responsible to generate brokerage through clients on their equity portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with clients to maintain a high level of retention of
existing customer and also focus on generating new business.
• To maintain a synergetic relationship with Relationship Managers, by supporting their efforts to enhance
business.
• To keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence.
• Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.
• Provide regular updates to immediate superior as and when necessary.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate / Postgraduate with overall experience of 3- 4 yrs., with minimum 1 – 2 yrs. exp in Equities
on the client advisory side
• Should have sound understanding of capital markets,
• Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive.
• Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills, and good communication skills.
• Should be certified in NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives, BSE Cash & NISM Currency Derivatives.
