Understand Client requirements, modification instructions.
Negotiating with clients & closing the deal
Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations
Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries
Good experience in handling corporate, especially Groups/MICE Relationship
building with corporate.
Thorough International & Domestic Destination knowledge (MUST)
Needs to handle corporate clients and sustain existing clients through good
relations.
Handling tours (Corporate, Groups) and handling all MICE tours from start to end
Requirements
Energetic team leader with a high level of adaptability and enthusiasm
Staff management skills and the ability to motivate and develop individuals and
team
Good judgment and decision-making capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication

Assisting Corporate client for International and domestic hotel booking and flight tickets.
Responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their requirement.
Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service.
Good Knowledge of international tourist destinations (middle east, far-east, Europe, etc.)
Costing and itinerary preparation.
Land transfers.
Skills:
