ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Motivated to achieve monthly sales target & Drives sales through engagement of
customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
2. Greet customers when they walk through the door
3. Ask customers what they are looking for and advise products accordingly.
4. Ensure that all the products on display have price tags
5. Enhance customer experience & Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
6. Upsell extra items when appropriate
7. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
8. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Responsibilities
● Design and develop backend systems using Python
● Create and integrate RESTful APIs
● Write high-quality, reusable code
● Collaborate with other engineers to ensure the platform is scalable and efficient
● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
● Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise Required Skills
● 2-3 years of experience with Python (preferred with FastAPI or Flask)
● Proficiency with SQL and non/relational databases
● Knowledge of RESTful APIs and client-server communication
● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
● Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with TDD or BDD
● Strong understanding of version control using Git Soft Skills
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
● Excellent communication skills
● Passionate, dedicated, and willing to learn
● Proactive and takes initiative Desirable Skills:
● Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
● Familiarity with AWS or other cloud services
● Experience with serverless architecture
● Experience with full stack development using React, Angular, or Vue.js
