Responsibilities:
Assess the unique service needs of our valued clients and seamlessly connect them with our skilled Service Engineers.
Create and diligently maintain an organized database detailing client profiles and their specific requirements.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of services to each client while proactively following up to address ongoing needs.
Foster strong and enduring client relationships, thus contributing to the expansion and retention of our loyal customer base.
Calling and Following up with customers for renewal of AMC/CMC Service contracts.
Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries, offering quick and informative responses from our office.
Other job responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
0-2 years of industry or related customer service experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is essential.
Exhibit exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills are paramount to managing tasks efficiently.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Aptitude for establishing fruitful relationships and collaborations within the community.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Display excellent critical thinking and adeptness at resolving complex challenges.

– Good knowledge and experience in the advanced level of Tally ERP9/ Tally Prime.

– Able to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
