We are seeking an experienced Developer with managerial skills to join our development team. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in building complex web/Mobile applications.

As a Senior resource, you will be responsible for leading the team to develop new features, maintaining and improving the existing codebase, and ensuring the highest level of code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications in any stack. (MERN,

React.JS/Node.JS/Dot Net )

• Managing and leading the development team to achieve deadlines.

• Experience in building complex and scalable web applications using MongoDB,

ExpressJS, ReactJS, Next.js, and NodeJS.

• Solid understanding of server-side rendering and client-side rendering with Next.js.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Experience with Git version control system and related workflows.
• Understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Education:
