3. Sales
1) Recruitment & Development:
a. Preparing a list of Prospects/ probable ASSOCIATE
b. Executing minimum Recruitment calls( according to the Recruitment Process) as per the set standards
c. Initial Screening
d. Career Selling
e. Preparing Project -20 report for each Associate
f. Inducting the Selected candidate in his/her team post the final Selection & Training at the HO
g. On Job Sales Training through Assisted calls
h. Monthly Training Modules
i. Coaching , Mentoring and Providing feedback through Monthly reviews with his/her supervisor
j. Team Building activities
2) Sales- Team Sourcing
a) Business Planning as per the Goals/Targets
b) Liasioning with Influencers( Architect, Developers, Contractors)through the Associates
c) Executing Sales Calls as per the set Sales Process with his Team Associates
d) Ensuring the Inputs and outputs as per Mutual Planning
e) Weekly Performance Reviews, assessing performance and suggesting corrective actions
f) Quarterly and Annual Assessment

Skills Required:
· 2-3 Years of Experience of Linux (RHEL/SUE Linux) Operating System· 2-3 Years of Experience in Middleware monitoring & administration· Hands on Experience of Deployment on WebLogic12c
· Hands on Experience of Deployment on Oracle form and Reports 10G
Knowledge of Oracle forms and Reports 10G
· OID -Oracle Internet Directory.· SSO -Single Sign On
· *OWS -Oracle Web Server
Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic12c and Reports Server.
· OID -Oracle Internet Directory.· OAM -Oracle Access Manager· OHS -Oracle HTTPD Server
· ITIL Trained, OEM Certified n Minimum One Technology , Exposure to Network & Server Administrator
