2. Provide consultative sales support, recommending decorative and architectural lighting options suited to the client’s space and design intent.
3. Build relationships with architects, designers, and builders.
4. Offer site visits or invite clients to experience our lighting centers.
5. Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, or walk-ins.
6. Confidently close high-ticket sales and identify upselling opportunities.
7. Coordinate with design, logistics, and production teams for seamless client experience.
8. Maintain follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
Ideal Qualities:
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Well-groomed and articulate, with a professional yet friendly personality.
3. Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure positively.
4. Willingness to learn the art and science of lighting sales.
5. Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
6. A “make-it-happen” attitude and strong sense of ownership.
7. Someone who’s achieved something — material or intangible — through discipline and effort.
