Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor will manage and oversee the AR team, ensuring accurate invoicing,
timely payment processing, and effective collection activities. This role is responsible for maintaining healthy cash
flow, resolving complex receivable issues, developing efficient AR processes, and providing regular performance
and aging reports to management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
● Supervise, train, coach, and mentor AR team members.
● Allocate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency.
Process & Control Management
● Develop, implement, and enforce AR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
● Ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Billing & Collections
● Oversee timely invoice generation and accurate payment posting.
● Lead collection efforts, including negotiations with overdue and delinquent customers.
Reconciliation & Reporting
● Monitor customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
● Prepare and present AR aging, cash flow, and collection performance reports to management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve billing issues and streamline
processes.
Credit Management
● Review and manage customer credit requests.
● Implement effective credit control and risk mitigation measures.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
● Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
● Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
● Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, GAAP, and compliance standards.
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in AR or a related accounting role.
Role Objective
To ensure efficient cash flow management, minimize bad debt, maintain accurate receivable records, and support
the company’s overall financial stability.

Work Schedule
● Shift Timings:
● Summer: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
● Winter: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Working Days:
○ 6 days during probation (Post probation: 5.5 working days)
○ Holidays: UK Bank Holidays Only

 Key Responsibilities and qualifications
• Bachelors in Electronics & communication Engineering Background and should have Strong programming skills on C/Embedded C and C++ (basics).
 • Minimum 5+ years of experience on working with different embedded platforms.
• Experience in Design, Development, and Implement and troubleshoot Application and system level software in a variety of programming languages.
 • Working knowledge of Micro-controller & Microprocessor (8bit, 16bit and 32bit).
• Working knowledge of handling electronic measurement equipment such as Oscilloscope, function generator, Network analyzer etc   
• Extensive working experience on communication bus protocol like I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/RS232/RS422/ETH (10/100/1000) & related driver implementation.
• Good Understanding of CPU Architecture ARM, MIPS and PowerPC Hardware interfaces: Nand/NOR Flash, DDR SDRAM, PCI (variants).
• Candidate will have value added advantages if he has Hands on experience on Linux environment, BSP preparation/porting & Integration and other low-level HW interfaces.

1. Strategy & Funnel Architecture
GTM Strategy: Develop and refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, identifying the Ideal Customer
Profile (ICP) and high-value niches.
Funnel Mapping: Design and optimize the full customer journey, from initial awareness (TOFU) to
consideration (MOFU) and the final closing stage (BOFU).
Competitive Intelligence: Perform ongoing market analysis to ensure our value proposition remains
superior to competitors

2. Lead Generation & Quality Control
Multi-Channel Campaigns: Execute targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, Email, and Search to build a
consistent pipeline.
Lead Scoring: Implement a rigorous lead-qualification framework to distinguish between "noise" and
high-intent prospects, ensuring Sales time is spent only on the best leads.
Nurture Systems: Build automated email and content sequences to stay top-of-mind with prospects who
aren't ready to buy today but will be tomorrow.

3. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the sales process from the first discovery call to contract negotiation and closing.
Sales Enablement: Create the "war chest" of sales assets—pitch decks, ROI calculators, and case
studies—that handle objections before they are even raised.
CRM Mastery: Maintain a "source of truth" in our CRM, tracking pipeline velocity and conversion
bottlenecks.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years in a high-growth Sales, Marketing, or BizDev role (SaaS or B2B experience
preferred).
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to build a sales funnel from scratch or significantly optimize an existing
one.
Data-Driven: You don't guess; you test. You are comfortable analyzing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
and conversion rates.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for
pitching and content creation.
Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist), and basic analytics.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Pipeline Velocity: Increasing the speed at which a lead moves from "Inquiry " to "Closed-Won."
Lead-to-Opportunity Ratio: Improving the quality of incoming leads so that more meetings turn into real
deals.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Optimizing marketing spend to acquire customers more efficiently.
Revenue Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
