Responsibilities
 Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product conformance and
compliance
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality standards for new product
development and production
 Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for
corrective actions
 Establish and enforce quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
 Lead and develop a team of quality control technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance
evaluations
 Investigate and address customer complaints related to quality issues, working closely with the Customer
Support team
 Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, utilizing statistical tools and
methodologies
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
 Proven experience of 6+ years in a Quality Manager role within the Glass, Ceramics & Concrete industry
 Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and standards
 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
 Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
 Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
 Solid understanding of relevant industry regulations and certifications
 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
