Brief: –
We are looking for a qualified community manager to join our team. Our Ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities: –
Defining community management & building strategy
Organizing various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
Setup and execute events in the various regional communities to build community and boost brand awareness.
Establish Partnerships with content creators/influencers to broaden engagement with the community.
Brand and influencer engagement – related initiatives. Contribute and execute new ideas and organize meetings with regional influencers to promote the brand.
Creating the content roadmap for knowledge sharing, live sessions, and other engagement activities.
Manage customer engagement and queries in a timely manner.
Plan and launch referral campaigns
Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
Track and provide metrics for all brand social media channels and influencer marketing efforts, provide weekly and monthly analytics and implement necessary changes for optimization.
Moderating the content on the community platform Social Media Management.
Build and maintain relationships with important community leaders
Developing and managing social media, digital footprints.
Should have experience majorly in marketing, event handling, btl activities and online marketing on social media.
