Job description
Key Accountabilities:
Prepare Quotations for Exhibition Design (similar as Interior design) projects based on AutoCad drawings & 3D design
renders.
Calculate sizes & costs for individual items like partitions, wooden furniture, branding materials etc.
Get costs from various enlisted vendors/market for bought-outs like light fittings, furniture’s, wallpapers etc.
Check and review the client’s budget and compare them with the approved BOQ
Supervise site measurement when required
Managing files and organizing documentation related to the projects.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written (English) communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD.
2+ years experience in commercial interiors.
In-depth understanding of how the design process works.
Attention to detail and quality.
Time Management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Diploma degree in Interior Design
Good understanding of drawings & materials
Proficient with MS Excel, AutoCAD & calculations
Strong understanding of interior design principles, material, and construction method

REQUIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / SECRETARY TO MD
Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Taking dictation from the Managing Director and sending letters & mails accordingly.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
managing databases & prioritising workloads
answering telephone calls, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing and word processing
receive, sort and distribute incoming mail & prepare outgoing mail for distribution
handling correspondence, maintain office filing and storage systems
update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
retrieve information when requested
organize travel arrangements for MD/Staff
coordinate and organize appointments and meetings
organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
numeracy and literacy skills, flexibility, reliability, teamwork
Short hand will be an added advantage.
