Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales
MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSBILITY: –
· Visit customers and generate enquiries.
· Handle existing customer in the region.
· Submit proposal and follow-up with customers.
· Target based sales achievements.
· Ensure that RFQ’s are processed accurately, completely and on time.
· Understand the Technicalities of different products as per customer requirement and suggest them suitable products / Model.
· Consultancy with customers on technical points to offer optimal solutions.
· To be part and coordinate with team for various new product addition and marketing strategy.
· To be part of technical clarifications and meetings with customer and vendor/suppliers.
· Work closely together with other sales team members and marketing department related functions in team.
· Payment follow-ups and collection for assigned area.

Client Servicing (FMCG) – Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our FMCG division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. You will work closely with various departments within the agency to deliver high-quality service and achieve client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for FMCG clients, managing day-to-day communication and fostering strong relationships.
* Understand client objectives and requirements and translate these into effective advertising strategies and campaigns.
* Coordinate with internal teams, including the Creative, Design, Copy, and Accounts teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
* Monitor the progress of campaigns, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign performance and suggest improvements.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, including ROI analysis and future recommendations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising agency with a focus on FMCG.
* Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Master’s degree or additional certifications in Marketing or Advertising will be considered a plus.

Engineer – Project Sales is responsible for facilitating the delivery of Ignify’s goals through-
• PRE SALES
-Visit Construction sites to assimilate information-Lead generation
-Pass on the required information to the Internal Sales for further processing
-Convert Leads to Enquiry
-Evaluate and participate in Estimation and Costing
-Equip and arrange site demonstrations with the help of Internal Sales
-Follow-up Testing and commissioning with the help of Internal Sales
• POST SALES
-Material delivery and arrangement of invoice procedures with the help if Finance & Accounts
-Installation, Testing and Commissioning support with the help of Internal Sales
-Payment and paperwork follow-up
• REPORTING
-Daily reporting on site visits and to-do list. Start and End of the day
-Prepare weekly reports and discuss the same
-Prioritise monthly and quarterly plans to explore new possibilities.
-Office Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)
9 AM to 1 PM (Saturday)
