Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized preferably Female HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and headhunting for various departments.
Onboarding & Induction: Design and lead the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
Payroll & Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, and Labor Laws).
Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, bridging gaps, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement and monitor the annual appraisal system (KPIs/KRAs) and provide training recommendations.
Policy Development: Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Office Administration: Supervise day-to-day office operations and coordinate with vendors if required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English/Regional language skills.
Software: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for payroll/data) and familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools.
Multitasking: Ability to handle recruitment pressure while managing administrative tasks.
Negotiation: Strong convincing and negotiation skills for salary discussions and vendor management.
People Management: High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
In Office/Remote
Work will be in the office and sometimes remote if permitted by reporting manager.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by pitching influencer marketing solutions to brands across multiple industries.
Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including brand managers and marketing stakeholders at established companies.
Understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and target audiences to recommend the most relevant and high-performing creators from our network.
Execute structured outbound sales efforts, including cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
Develop and present customized influencer marketing proposals aligned with the client’s vision, supported by creative strategy and data-driven insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign planning and execution
Key Requirements
2-5 years of hands-on experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.
Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, with direct experience working with brands and creators.
Proven track record of closing deals for influencer marketing agencies.
Demonstrable wins, including clients acquired, campaigns launched, and revenue generated.
An existing network of brand-side contacts that can be leveraged to accelerate business growth from day one.
Skills & Qualifications
Up-to-date knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and relevant tools/analytics.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the confidence to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Ability to build high-conversion sales pipelines and design tailored influencer strategies based on brand goals and audience insights.
A relationship-driven mindset with a passion for building long-term partnerships.
A data-focused, goal-oriented approach with an emphasis on measurable results and campaign performance
