Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Hyderabad will be responsible for driving sales and business growth
across the Telangana region. The role includes managing the direct store, expanding the dealer/OEM
network, and providing guidance to the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
Drive revenue across SLA, Lithium EV, and Motorcycle battery product lines.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Expand and strengthen the dealer and OEM network in Hyderabad & Telangana.
Manage the direct store to maximize sales and customer engagement.
Dealer & Channel Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.
Provide training, support, and monitoring to ensure dealer performance.
Execute region-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Customer & After-Sales Guidance
Provide guidance to the local after-sales team for warranty handling, service quality, and
customer satisfaction.
Ensure quick resolution of escalated customer concerns.
Share product feedback and service insights with Head Office.
Market Development
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and regional demand shifts.
Provide inputs for promotional campaigns and product positioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 4–6 years in sales/business development, preferably in batteries, EV, automotive, or
power sector.
Education: Graduate/MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of Hyderabad/Telangana market.
Proven ability to build and manage dealer networks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
