Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership
• Own and manage the P&L for the international SaaS sales business unit.
• Forecast, manage, and track sales activities to meet revenue and quarterly quotas.
• Build scalable, predictable, and data-driven sales processes.
• Drive consistent pipeline development and closure across global regions.
Business Development
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from demand generation to deal closure.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new international opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, lead follow-ups, and enterprise-level outreach.
• Perform effective online demos and presentations to prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level clients across industries.
Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success
Managers.
• Guide team members on pipeline management, forecasting, activity levels, and deal
closures.
• Drive a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing for lead generation and campaign planning.
• Provide product feedback to the Product & Technology teams for tech enhancements.
• Support leadership with strategic insights, competitive analysis, and revenue planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 5 years of total experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the overseas market.
• 2+ years of proven team management experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong experience in inside and outside sales, outbound prospecting, and enterprise
deal closures.
• Existing network and relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Experience managing large accounts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup
environment.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving markets.

Location Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Financial Reporting: Generate all sales and financial reports from Tally for Management Information System (MIS) preparation.
Data Analysis: Use Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF) to analyze Tally data and prepare accurate reports.
Business Communication: Handle all professional business drafting in English. Must clearly understand instructions given in Hindi or Punjabi.
Task Management Prioritize, manage, and execute multiple tasks efficiently. Responsible for managing own work schedule and diary to meet deadlines.
General Support: Use good computer knowledge for daily operations. Handle task-based liaisoning (following up on work) via phone and email.
Candidate Requirements:-
Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration) is required.
Software: Excellent Tally report generation skills and Advanced Excel proficiency.
Language: Very good English drafting capability. Strong verbal communication and logical approach to discussion.
Experience: Experience in a trading business (high customer interaction) and strong skills in multi-tasking and
prioritization.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles.
