Hiring for the Compliance Manager profile for Mohali location.

Responsible for ensuring all carriers, loads, and internal processes comply with FMCSA, DOT, and insurance requirements, while preventing fraud, safety risks, and legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Verify MC, DOT, insurance, and safety ratings during carrier onboarding.
2. Monitor insurance expiry, authority status, and safety alerts.
3. Prevent double brokering, fraud, and unsafe carrier usage.
4. Maintain compliance records in TMS/CRM and conduct audits.
5. Support claims handling, incident investigation, and SOP creation.
6. Train operations team on compliance and safety procedures.

Requirements

1. 4+ years experience in US logistics compliance or safety.
2. Strong knowledge of FMCSA rules, carrier onboarding, and fraud detection.
3. Experience with DAT, Truckstop, RMIS, SaferWatch, etc. preferred.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work the US night shift.

2. Zero major fraud or compliance violations
3. Accurate documentation and timely monitoring
