Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international
environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Flexibility to work during Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations.
2. Prepare and review bank reconciliations, vendor and customer reconciliations.
3. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings accurately and within deadlines.
4. Assist in preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts.
5. Support and coordinate internal and statutory audits, including audit documentation.
6. Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
8. Work efficiently on advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
9. Operate and maintain accounting records using relevant accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. CA Inter qualified (completed IPCC or Intermediate level).
2. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in Tally / Busy / Zoho / ERP systems.
4. Strong command over Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
5. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
6. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management: Proactively manage the MD’s diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, gather necessary materials, record minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls, acting as a gatekeeper to prioritize urgent matters and ensure timely responses.
Travel and Logistics: Arrange and book business travel, visas, and accommodations, creating detailed itineraries.
Document and Presentation Preparation: Draft letters, reports, and presentations; transcribe and format documents for the MD.
Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive company and personal information.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, liaising with employees, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Project Support: Assist with ongoing projects, including research, data collection, and tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Administrative Support: Perform various other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the MD’s office.
