Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor a team of developers in building scalable web applications using the
MERN stack(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
● Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and

● Architect, design, and develop efficient full-stack solutions.
● Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps.
● Handle troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 7–8 years of experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js.
● Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
● Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3,
Redux/Context API.
● Solid experience with backend architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system
scalability.
● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
● Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Good to Have:
● Experience with Agile methodologies.
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and containerization
(Docker/Kubernetes).
● Prior work on SaaS or enterprise-level applications.

The ideal candidate should have:
A degree, diploma, or be currently pursuing one in psychology, education, social work, counselling, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to understand and address diverse student concerns.
Experience or strong interest in student counselling, mentoring, or academic advising.
Comfort with conducting sessions both online and offline, and willingness to travel for institutional visits.
Confidence in delivering training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs to large groups.
Ability to design and record video-based content for student engagement and platform learning.
Familiarity with psychometric tools and a basic understanding of interpreting career assessments (preferred).
Competence in preparing training modules, session reports, and follow-up plans for mentees.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, capable of working with cross-functional teams including outreach, content, and mentor support.
