Job Description for the role of Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant – Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Calendar management:
Scheduling appointments, court appearances and meetings with clients and taking notes during
meetings to ensure effective follow-up with clients or other parties involved in legal proceedings.
2. Contact management on Outlook and Internal Systems:
Maintaining a distinct repository of contact information of clients and other parties.
3. Travel management:
Arranging travel bookings such as visas, flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars for
Practitioners and other clients involved.
4. Vendor Management:
Coordinate and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication, contract
negotiation, and compliance to optimize organizational operations.
5. Dictation and Word processing:
Taking notes and making documents on MS Word. Formatting documents as per Firm protocols
6. Creating PDF binders:
Merging multiple documents into one PDF document
7. Checking conflicts in mandates:
Checking and circulating conflicts arising in mandates
8. Timesheet Entries:
Filling up timesheets of the reporting Partner and getting timesheets filled by the practitioners in
their department. Generate daily and weekly timesheet report and circulate it to Partners and
Management.
9. Assistance with Firm events:
Managing logistics and material for events organised by the firm.
10. Personal assistance:
Any miscellaneous activity assigned by any Partner.

Job Responsibilities:
1. The Design Engineer will be responsible for carrying out the duties of the Engineering department, including design, research, prototyping, engineering documentation, estimating and process improvement.
2. Responsible for sheet metal based product design, tools, fixtures & gauges.
3. Responsible for new product development.
4. Should have complete knowledge of PPAP documentation.
5. Responsible for creating detailed drawings & layouts.
6. Responsible for Creating detailed part list, technical documents like data sheets.
7. Responsible for estimating time requirements for all kinds of developments.
8. Coordination with suppliers.
9. Responsible for carryout self-review of the drawing, part list and technical relevant documents with respect to completeness, correctness, aesthetics etc. before submission to team leader for quality review.
10. Responsible for shop floor activities also.
11. Having knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes.
