Key Responsibilities
To support the design, development, testing, and implementation of FICO/JVA a robust
month-end closing in S/4 HANA system.
Candidate should have strong technical & documentation skills. The applicant should also
have expertise in the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP S/4
HANA– FICO/JVA functional areas.
Must be able to perform and conduct the QA and UAT testing, and end user training to
business personnel.
Good project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and
executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex
business concepts in technical terms.
Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure
successful implementation and support project efforts.
Document and update, test scenarios, end user training / technical manuals and able to
conduct user training
Develop and compile test scripts, Conducting / coordinating Unit Testing, Integration
Testing, Quality Assurance / User Acceptance Testing. Resolving testing issues, specifying
documenting fixes and re-testing.

Educational Qualification
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or management information systems
(or other STEM subjects) with an emphasis in a FICO functional and technical area, or
equivalent work experience and technical training, is required.
Required Professional Qualifications/Skills
SAP FICO – JVA Consultant with at least 10 years hands on experience in SAP FICO JVA
environment.
Certified in S4/HANA Finance
Strong Business knowledge and configuration experience in JVA processes, familiar with
joint venture concepts such as Joint venture funding, cash-calls, cutback, billing etc.
Strong COexperience particularly in cost allocation,settlementof various cost objectssuch
as orders and Work break down structures.
At least 5+ years’ work experience in the Oil & Gas industry is compulsory.
Working experience of at least one major S/4 HANA implementation.
Hands-on experience and involvement in multiple data migration projects.
Strong verbal and written communications skills (in English), with an ability to express
complex business concepts in technical terms.
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptualskills.
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and
foster team commitment to tasks.
Working knowledge of Advanced features of MS Office 360, SharePoint and other tools
etc.)

Key Responsibilities: –
Lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IS Oil & Gas solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM), Trader’s and Scheduler’s Workbench (TSW), and Transportation & Distribution (TD).
Drive process improvements and provide solution recommendations based on deep industry knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, FI, and PM for integrated solutions. Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and training materials. Conduct workshops, end-user training, and provide post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications: –
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP with a focus on IS Oil & Gas.
Must have worked on at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
Strong functional knowledge of at least two of the following: TSW, HPM, TD, RFNO, SSR. Ability to handle client-facing roles, lead discussions, and drive solution design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong plus. Nice to Have: – Exposure to SAP Commodity Management (CM) or integration with third-party logistics solutions.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting related to Oil & Gas. SAP Certification in IS Oil & Gas modules

Key Responsibilities
CostEstimation & Analysis
Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical SITC projects including materials,
labor, equipment, and overhead costs
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to
determine accurate material quantities and work scope
Develop comprehensive BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for electrical components,
cables, switchgear, lighting, and allied items
Calculate installation costs including labour rates, equipment rental, and project
duration estimates
Prepare competitive tender submissions ensuring technical compliance and
commercial viability
Review and validate estimates for accuracy and completeness before submission
Market Research & Vendor Coordination
Maintain updated database of material costs, labor rates, and equipment pricing in
Bangalore market
Coordinate with local vendors and OE suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
for electrical equipment
Negotiate pricing with suppliers to secure best rates while maintaining quality
standards
Evaluate supplier capabilities and delivery timelines for project requirements
Build and maintain relationships with electrical equipment distributors,
manufacturers, and contractors
Technical Documentation
Prepare detailed technical proposals including methodology, project schedules,
and resource allocation
Create presentation materials for client meetings and tender submissions
Develop standard estimation templates and costing databases for various project
types
Maintain comprehensive records of historical project costs and pricingtrends
Coordinate with design team to optimize solutions for cost-effectiveness
Project Support & Coordination
Support business development team with technical inputs during client
presentations
Collaborate with project managers during project execution to track actual vs.
estimated costs
Assist in value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without
compromising quality
Provide technical clarifications to clients and consultants during tender evaluation
process
Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits for accurate project assessment
Essential Requirements
Experience & Background
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical estimation and costing, specifically
in Bangalore market
Proven experience in preparing estimates for commercial electrical SITC projects
Strong knowledge of local electrical equipment suppliers, distributors, and OE
representatives in Bangalore
Experience with various project types including offices, retail, hospitals,
educational institutions, and industrial facilities
Technical Expertise
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical
qualification
Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution,
lighting, fire alarm, and building automation
Proficiency in reading electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and technical
specifications
Understanding of electrical installation practices, standards (IS, IEC), and safety
regulations
Knowledge of project management principles and construction methodologies
Software & Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including complex formulas, macros, pivot
tables, and data analysis
Experience with estimation software and CAD applications (AutoCAD preferred)
Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems
Ability to create professional presentations using MS PowerPoint
Communication & Language Skills
Excellent communication skills in English with ability to present technical
information clearly
Working knowledge of Kannada to effectively communicate with local vendors,
contractors, and suppliers
Strong negotiation skills for vendor interactions and cost optimization
Professional written communication for technical proposals and correspondence
