Responsibilities:
* Managing HR Systems & Data: Overseeing and maintaining HR operating systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and managing the flow of HR information.
* Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including payroll, benefits, and other HR-related compliance.
* Employee Relations: Addressing employee queries, providing support on HR matters, and resolving employee issues.
* HR Policies & Procedures: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Supporting the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective onboarding of new hires.
* Employee Benefits : Managing employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate communication and administration of benefits.
* Performance Management : Supporting the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
* HR Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring key HR metrics, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Project Management : Managing HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
* Training & Development: Providing training and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
* 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in sales/finance).
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for interior design projects including layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
• Translate design concepts and sketches into accurate CAD representations.
• Work closely with senior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and timelines.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized library of drawing files and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical specifications and execution support when needed.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) is a must.
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of interior layouts, space planning, and detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Knowledge of design software like SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit is a plus.
• Prior experience in residential/commercial interior projects.

Job Roles :-
1. Calendar management:
Scheduling appointments, court appearances and meetings with clients and taking notes during meetings to ensure effective follow-up with clients or other parties involved in legal proceedings.
2. Contact management on Outlook and Internal Systems:
Maintaining a distinct repository of contact information of clients and other parties.
3. Travel management:
Arranging travel bookings such as visas, flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars for Practitioners and other clients involved.
4. Vendor Management:
Coordinate and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication, contract negotiation, and compliance to optimize organizational operations.
5. Dictation and Word processing:
Taking notes and making documents on MS Word. Formatting documents as per Firm protocols
6. Creating PDF binders:
Merging multiple documents into one PDF document
7. Checking conflicts in mandates:
Checking and circulating conflicts arising in mandates
8. Timesheet Entries:
Filling up timesheets of the reporting Partner and getting timesheets filled by the practitioners in their department. Generate daily and weekly timesheet report and circulate it to Partners and Management.
9. Assistance with Firm events:
Managing logistics and material for events organised by the firm.
10. Personal assistance:
Any miscellaneous activity assigned by any Partner.
