Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads for new business by various channels.

Key Account Management: Manage the existing and the newly added client base with
respect to maintaining relations and managing end-to-end cycle right from generating

To build the strong database from internal and external data sources .
People Management
Coordination with the operation Team, digital marketing team & clients.
Self-motivate and empower team to deliver company’s goals
Sales and marketing (concept selling) with a strong marketing domain.
Support in implementation of business strategy and sustainable growth of business.

Having throughout excellent academic record, including MBA Graduate from reputed
management institute in Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• End to end project management activities right from project initiation stage till final product
delivery

Budget Management:
• Estimate project costs and formulate budgets in collaboration with the finance department.• Monitor project expenses, exercise cost control, and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Team Leadership:
• Lead a diverse team of electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Offer guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
• Ensure projects adhere to relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Implement and sustain quality control processes to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Client Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide consistent project updates, address concerns, and manage client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
• Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions to the project.
Qualifications:
• Diploma- Electrical Engineering or a related field with 2-3 yrs experience
• Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager in the commercial projects.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in relevant tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in electrical estimation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS -Excel and MS-Word is a must
• Knowledge of Kannada is a must

Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Management:
o Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish

3. Supplier Relationship Management:

4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier
contracts.

o Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with project managers and site teams to understand material
requirements and timelines.
o Collaborate with finance for budgeting and payment processes related to
procurement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Any graduate with relevant
experience
2-3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the construction
or electrical projects.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to understand Electrical specifications as per industry standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Other requirements:
Relevant work experience should be in Bangalore only and should have connects
with electrical dealers/distributors and OEMs
Working knowledge of Kannada is a must
Must have a vehicle and should be able to travel in the city to meet vendors,
customers and other stakeholders.
