Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interiors, furniture, or real estate
industry.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, including negotiation
techniques.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach to sales.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and build strong client relationships.
Minimum high school diploma required; additional qualifications in sales,

Key Responsibilities:
• End to end project management activities right from project initiation stage till final product
delivery

• Implement and sustain quality control processes to meet or exceed client expectations.

Client Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide consistent project updates, address concerns, and manage client expectations.

Qualifications:
• Diploma- Electrical Engineering or a related field with 2-3 yrs experience
• Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager in the commercial projects.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in relevant tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in electrical estimation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS -Excel and MS-Word is a must
• Knowledge of Kannada is a must
