Responsibilities:
* Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept generation to final product realization.
* Utilize intermediate-level AutoCAD skills to create and modify product designs and drawings.
* Conduct thorough quality control checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Identify and source necessary spares and components to improve product functionality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
* Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to optimize production flow and minimize waste.
* Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
* Collaborate with production teams to implement design changes and resolve manufacturing issues.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of product documentation, including specifications and technical drawings.
* Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to hospital furniture design and manufacturing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
* 0-2 years of relevant experience in product development, quality control, or a related field.
* Mandatory: Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD software for 2D and potentially 3D design.
* Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fresher or experience in any production industry.
* Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
* Familiarity with inventory management software.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop visual branding concepts for exhibitions, trade shows, and dealer activations (excluding
hands-on design work).
Plan and coordinate stall designs, event creatives, and display materials with external design
partners.
Conduct field visits to identify vendors, negotiate prices, and source promotional items.
Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Coordinate with the social media agency on campaign planning, briefing, and approvals.
Review external creatives to ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.
Support campaign execution for product launches, festive campaigns, sustainability drives, and
internal events.
Draft short marketing copy for collaterals, mailers, and newsletters.
Maintain organized archives of branding and campaign materials.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in branding, creative coordination, or event marketing roles.
Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva or Photoshop) is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Good project management skills to coordinate between internal teams, agencies, and external
vendors.
Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Good knowledge of video editing for short marketing videos and social media reels.
Understanding of printing processes, exhibition setups, and material specifications.
